Credentials: I have a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing with a focus in Fiction Writing. I have done critiques and edits for many of my college classes. As well as my fellow author friends.

Manuscript Evaluation (USD $200):

I will read your manuscript (up to 90K words) and give feedback on major flaws. I will also suggest a type of editing (developmental, copy/line) to help polish the manuscript. If you choose one of my editing services, I will also give a 20% discount (This only applies to the manuscript that had an evaluation.)

Developmental Editing (USD 0.025 per word):

With a focus on characterization, plot, setting, and pacing. Clarity and readability will also be analyzed. In-line comments and suggestions will be added to your manuscript. An in-depth Reader Report of your manuscript will also be written to highlight the good aspects and what needs improving.

Copy/Line Editing (USD 0.015 per word):

This part of the editing process focuses on the technical side, like grammar and sentence structure. As well as tone, clarity, and readability. This will also address tightening up sentences and cutting out repetition. I will include tracked changes and in-line comments on why a change was made to your manuscript.

Proofreading (USD 0.006 per word):

Often the last check of a manuscript to catch typos, punctuation, misspellings, and formatting errors. This includes manuscript terminology (how the author spells certain words, names, etc, and how it should be punctuated).
